Our Holistic Approach
Where Therapeutic Practice, Strong Leadership and Regulatory Confidence Come Together
Experienced, reflective leadership support grounded in safeguarding and regulated children’s services.
Child-Centred
Everything we do is rooted in the wellbeing and development of children and young people.
Reflective & Evidence-led
We use reflective practice, data and professional curiosity to drive safe, thoughtful and sustainable improvement.
Our Philosophy
The Willow Tree Group takes a holistic, relational and deeply child-centred approach to supporting children's homes, recognising that high-quality care is shaped not by one element, but by the whole system around a child.

Our work blends consultancy, mentorship, development and reflective practice into a complete wrap-around model that strengthens leadership, culture, compliance and therapeutically informed practice in a balanced and sustainable way.

We believe that positive outcomes grow from strong, confident and well supported teams, trauma informed approaches and emotionally intelligent leadership. Our work supports children's homes to move beyond reactive practice and towards thoughtful, therapeutic environments rooted in warmth, belonging, predictability and emotional safety.

What distinguishes The Willow Tree Group is our focus on integration. We Support Children's homes to align leadership, safeguarding and regulatory responsibilities with relational, therapeutically informed ways of working. Ensuring systems support care and impact outcomes rather than overshadow it.
Relationship-Based
We believe in building strong, trusting relationships that enable meaningful growth.
We don't just advise on theory; we deliver practical, proven solutions built on years of success at the highest level of service delivery.
